These systems receive data on an anonymous basis and do not collect information about the identity of the visitor to the Service, do not establish his identity.
  6. Data security is ensured by the User himself and by the standard means of the operating system of the User's device. There are no additional means of protection on the Service.

The Administration is not responsible for the receipt, storage, processing, use and disclosure of the User's personal data by third parties (in particular, advertisers) not owned or controlled by the Administration, even if the User has gained access to the websites of the goods or services of these individuals through a website or mailing list.

The User acknowledges that in the event of the User's negligence towards the safety and protection of his personal data and authorization data, third parties may gain unauthorized access to the account, personal and other data of the User. In this case, the Administration is not responsible for losses caused to the User and / or third parties by such access.
  9. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Administration is not responsible if this information: became public domain before its loss or disclosure; was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Administration; was disclosed with the consent of the User.
  10. The administration is not responsible for malicious actions of third parties.
  11. The Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy at any time and at its discretion without prior notice or consent of the User. When making changes in the current edition, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Service, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The current edition is always on the Service and is available to all Users. The Administration recommends the User to periodically review the Service for new terms of this Policy.
  12. The Administration does not accept proposals from the User regarding changes to this Policy.
  13. All disputes between the Administration and the User are resolved through negotiations. The claim procedure for resolving disputes is mandatory. If it is impossible to reach an agreement through negotiations, disputes are resolved in court at the location of the Administration.
